This week’s exclusive Scent Lodge Newsletter Subscriber Giveaway is Chopard Collection’s $385 Aigle Imperial Eau de Parfum, 100 ml.
Swiss jeweller Chopard is renowned for creating some of the most exotic and luxurious necklaces, watches and earrings for red carpet galas like the Cannes Film Festival. Each piece is handcrafted in its atelier in Switzerland by world-class artisans who shape, cut and polish each gem to perfection. That same approach is utilized in fine fragrance.
Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas has created this modern airy oud scent for him or her as a tribute to the majestic jade-green forests and imperial gardens of the Far East. This beautiful land is dotted with temples and magnificent palaces amongst an exotic landscape. He’s incorporated a hint of dark incense but reimagined it with a fresh, light touch that makes it modern and fascinating. “I wanted to exalt the contrast between the pure and intense jade-green freshness of the forest with the woody resinous heart of Oud Assifi, and the mysterious wisps of smoked incense. A natural, aromatic, and oxygenated green oud that I have engorged with the golden light of mandarin, lemon and citron: the limpidity of green tea notes and ginger: and the intensity of patchouli leaves,” he says.
The featured notes in Chopard Collection’s Aigle Imperiale include: mandarin, lemon, green tea, agarwood (oud), dark incense, patchouli leaves, ginger, bergamot, and guaiac wood.
THE GIVEAWAY: Big congrats to Seti N. We drew her name from all entries. Lots more to come. Good luck to all.
Chopard fragrances are available exclusively at holtrenfrew.com and select Holt Renfrew stores.
