Donatella Versace’s collector backpack GWPs have arrived in Canada from Italy and they are beautifully designed. Each season, the award-winning Italian fashion designer crafts a signature men’s and women’s backpack to thank her loyal Versace fragrance customers. These bags are conceived and designed in the Versace accessories atelier in Milan where Donatella’s team creates the ready-to-wear accessories and home collections.

The 2023 collector backpacks features a squared silhouette called a ‘tactical’ shape in the world of fine accessories. This shape optimizes the space in the backpack for laptops, smartphones and accessories. You’ll notice there is a front zip pocket for easy access to credit cards and keys. The sturdy padded shoulder straps promise comfortable wear whether riding a bike to work or taking transit. There is even a messenger strap boasting the Greek key design motif made famous by Gianni Versace.

There is an added detail this year that came from customer feedback. Many Versace fragrance consumers asked Donatella to make the backpack more secure. So, not only does she have a top zipper but a new black top strap that locks into place

This year’s edition features a black and gold colour story with an inside zip pocket.

Versace Men’s 2023 Collector Backpack

For men, Donatella chose a black and royal blue colour story with silver accents. You’ll notice the men’s edition is slightly taller than the women’s. There is a discreet Versace Parfums logo on the bottom right of the bag.
