We guarantee that all fragrances on are 100% authentic and recently produced by the designer brands.

Where is Scent Lodge located?

We are based in Markham, Ontario, Canada and our warehouse is in Milton, Ontario.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Canada. International shipping is not currently available.

How much is shipping within Canada?

Within Canada, shipping is free on orders over $50 (before taxes). Otherwise, it costs $7.95.

The total price, including taxes and shipping, will be shown in Canadian dollars at checkout before you confirm your order.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders within 2-7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Orders placed after 10:30 am EST will ship the next business day.

How can I track my order?

We will email you your Canada Post tracking number with your order confirmation email. You can track your order via the link on your Order Status page.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as Shop, Google and Apple Pay.

During checkout, you can add, edit, or delete your payment information.

Fraud Protection

We review all orders to ensure security. If your order is flagged for review, we will contact you by email or phone to verify your information. This process typically takes up to 2 business days.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details shortly after placing your order. We recommend keeping this email for your records.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed.

Can I return my items?

Yes, you can return any product ordered via within 30 days after the order is placed. You'll receive a refund to your original form of payment, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Include any gift-with-purchase item received with the original order in the return with its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Counterfeit products will not be compensated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • We monitor return activity for abuse, and excessive returns may result in the suspension of your return privileges.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Scent Lodge rewards points associated with refunded orders will be removed.

Products returned outside the return window, not in new condition, without a packing slip, or not purchased at may not be credited or returned to you. We do not ship to parcel forwarding companies. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Start the Return Process: Go to our Returns Page and initiate the online return process for the damaged item.
  2. Submit Photos: During the return process, you'll be prompted to submit 1-4 clear photos of the product showing the damage.
  3. We'll Be In Touch: Our team will review your photos and reach out to you within 2 business days with next steps. This could include replacement options or a full refund.

Out of stock items

We try our best to maintain accurate stock counts, but there may be occasional discrepancies. If an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you immediately, cancel that item from your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped to you. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for the back-in-stock alert.

What are Gift-with-Purchase items?

We offer a selection of special gift-with-purchase (GWP) items that are free with qualifying purchases. These are a great way to try new fragrances or get a little extra something special.

How do I qualify for a Gift-with-Purchase item?

The qualifications for GWPs vary depending on the promotion. In general, you will need to purchase a specific size of an item to qualify for the free gift. We will clearly advertise the requirements on the product page.

Are there any limitations on Gift-with-Purchase items?

Yes, GWP quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, we cannot guarantee availability. We also reserve the right to change or cancel GWP offers at any time.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer a selection of free fragrance samples with any online purchase. These samples are hand-selected to offer a variety of scents. In your cart, a menu will appear with that week's sample selection. Simply click on the three that appeal to you most, and they will be added to your shipment free of charge. Samples are limited and change often. We recommend completing your order to secure your selections.

How many free samples can I choose?

You can choose three free fragrance samples with any online purchase.

What are Scent Lodge rewards points?

Scent Lodge rewards points are a way for us to thank our valued customers for their business. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on These points can then be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including merchandise and experiences.

How can I start earning Scent Lodge rewards points?

Simply create an account and start shopping! You'll automatically start earning points on all qualifying purchases.
